I am Vaishali Jamkhedkar, an art educator and Edustar Awardee. Since the past 20 years I have been teaching visual art in reputed ICSE and IGCSE schools across Mumbai. Currently I am working as an online trainer and conducting team building workshops in various schools and organisations.

The content of my teaching includes fundamentals of art, different painting techniques, folk art and learning from the works of renowned artists. My teaching methods enable creative thinking in my students.

I am the owner of Shali’s Art Palette, a channel on YouTube where I demonstrate art techniques. I have an Instagram page by the same name. As a visual art teacher, I do not expect each and every child to become an artist but I definitely make them view art from different perspectives.
